Your twitter account is hacked, read here how to gain control again
Someone is having control over your Twitter account and is using this for sending spam (direct messages - DM's) to all of those who follow you. The tweeting of those unwanted DMs is going very randomly: it sometimes can take hours/days untill your hacked account is being misused again!This can happen to everyone, read further in how to take control of your Twitter account again.
How can you tell that your Twitter account is hacked?
This is easy as: have a look at your sent Direct Messages. Does the list contain any message from which you never have seen before? If yes, you can count on it, your account is hacked. Below you will find some examples of those spam messenges:

How to take control of your Twitter account?
This requires three simple steps:
A) Have a look which applications are using your Twitter account, follow below:
click on the symbol, on top of your screen on the right side after you have logged in at Twitter
click on 'Apps', do you see any services you do not reconize?
be a 100% sure that this application is unwanted, then rewoke access
Now going fast to the second very important step.
B) change your password, via:
click on the symbol, because you are still logged in
click on 'password' and change this in totally something else
C) now you have full control of your Twitter account, it's time for ...
Send an apologize message that you account was hacked and you have been sending unaware spam tweets. Mention that you have 100% control of your Twitter account again.

As final tip: never use services like fllwrs.com and/or TrueTwit. Your followers it will be very pleased in not receiving any messages from third parties!
BTW there is also a hoax that's being spread on Twitter: "Hey i heard twitter will start to charge in June, sign this petition to keep the service free!" or like "Twitter is going to charge? see this article :(. Off cource this is NOT true! This hoax was first seen on Huyves and Facebook and now founds a way on Twitter too.
